For Ontario property owners
We're an EV charging broker and advisor for commercial property owners in Southwestern Ontario. We match your site to the right provider (FLO, ChargePoint, SWTCH Energy, Blink, or Tesla Wall Connector for Business), the right business model (Turnkey, CaaS, Owner-Purchased, Hybrid), and the right combination of federal and provincial incentives.
$0 in many cases. With turnkey and subscription models, the provider funds equipment and operations. Owner-Purchased projects typically benefit from substantial incentive coverage. We model every option for your site so the trade-offs are explicit.
Typical projects are 60–120 days from signed agreement to first session. The biggest variable is utility interconnection (your local LDC). We track the file end-to-end on your behalf.
Each provider only sells their own model. We compare all five side-by-side. One conversation instead of five — and the answer for your site might not be the one with the biggest sales team.
Incentives & funding
Federal ZEVIP ($5K/L2 port, $100K/DCFC, 50% standard or 75% Indigenous), Ontario EV ChargeON (up to 75%, $1M max), and the new Ontario EVC utility rate (significant demand-charge reduction). We file the applications on your behalf.
Yes. They're complementary federal and provincial programs. Most Ontario commercial projects qualify for both, and Voltrux ensures the timing and submission order are right.
The current intake closes January 15, 2026. Historically Ontario re-opens with similar terms each year, but the safest path is to apply during an open intake. ZEVIP is rolling, no fixed deadline.
ZEVIP requires you to be a registered Canadian business, non-profit, municipality, or Indigenous organization. Foreign-owned property holding companies registered in Ontario typically qualify.
For providers / installers
We work with providers whose Canadian operations, equipment origin, and service record meet our network standard. Today: FLO, ChargePoint, SWTCH Energy, Blink, and Tesla.
Voltrux routes scoped Ontario sites to qualified providers by Featured tier first, then by capacity, rating, and fit. We award within 5–9 business days from referral submission.
No. Your bid is your bid. Voltrux is compensated separately and never from the property owner or your invoice.
For drivers
Voltrux-brokered stations across Southwestern Ontario, the GTA, the 401 / 402 corridors, and an expanding presence in Ottawa, K-W, and Hamilton. Filter the live map by speed, plug, and availability.
Yes. Voltrux-brokered stations on the FLO, ChargePoint, and SWTCH networks support OCPI roaming. Tesla Wall Connector sites support all EVs through the J1772 adapter; Tesla Supercharger for Business sites are also open to non-Teslas.
All providers in the Voltrux network deploy Canadian-certified hardware rated for Ontario winters. DCFC throughput can be slightly reduced at extreme cold; Level 2 is essentially unaffected.
